It’s simple, unless otherwise noted, our shipping and handling is $3.95 per order of 2 flags with 0.95 cents per additional flag within the United States is all it takes! Orders to canada are assessed an additional $5.95 and international orders are assessed $9.95 per order.

By shopping GardenFlagsForYou.com you agree to be bound by the following:
Orders typically leave our warehouses shortly after an order is placed unless they are special orders or out of stock flags for which more time might be required (to either manufacture or locate the item). Due to the fact that we experience high order volume and that many of our items are limited quantity, on occasion, part of your order might be delayed or unavailable. if this is the case, we will ask you for a substitute item of your choice or at your request, we will issue a full refund. This option will be available to you after your initial inquiry and if we determine the waiting time is excessive. This option will not be available if you were notified of the delay and accepted the extended time delay (acquiescing included) as items are prebooked on your half and at our expense. That is, unless special arrangement is agreed to with GardenFlagsForYou.com in writing or if you requested your order to be cancelled within 24 hours of the email notice. if you did not notify us within the 24 hour window, in writing, your order will either be charged a restocking fee if you still want to cancel it or will be shipped as soon as it is available.

If an item is not available for delivery and you placed your order during a holiday rush period. GardenFlagsForYou.com reserves the right to substitute your flag with an equal or greater value flag to expedite your order without advance notice but will attempt to notify you as shipping volume allows. In the event you wish to return your item, you can ask to do so for a giftcard in the amount of the flag minus restocking fees. GardenFlagsForYou.com does not reimburse for shipping or returns back to us.

If an item is not available for delivery and GardenFlagsForYou.com has attempted to contact you for more than 6 weeks with no reply on your behalf, your order will be deemed fulfilled. If you contact GardenFlagsForYou.com after this time period, you will only eligible for a giftcard to GardenFlagsForYou.com for 80% of your order total.

GardenFlagsForYou.com is not responsible and will not issue refunds for lost or damaged packages after they are shipped from our facilities. it is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping addresses or purchase the optional insurance if you believe you need it.

By purchasing on GardenFlagsForYou.com you agree to arbitration selected by GardenFlagsForYou.com under New Jersey State law in a venue selected by GardenFlagsForYou.com . You are also acquiescing to associated costs with your order such as chargebacks or check cancellations and hereby agree to indemnify GardenFlagsForYou.com for any associated expenses with such action, including collection and legal fees.

orders abroad, expressed, oddly shaped or weighted may result in an increase in shipping that is unforeseen at your time of order. You will be advised of the additional charges required to have your order shipped to you.

canceling orders/returning orders/changing orders:
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged for any incurred expenses that may include, but not limited to extra shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Accurate account information:
For accurate delivery, It is your responsibility to maintain accurate account information. If a package is shipped to a wrong or improperly entered address, GardenFlagsForYou.com is not responsible for the nonarrival of items as our custody has terminated once we put the package in the stream of commerce.

We will fulfill your order in a timely manner and will ship partial orders if need be at no extra cost.

Coupons cannot be retroactively applied

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for any returned items under written approval from GardenFlagsForYou.com Management otherwise all sales are considered final. Requests for returns must be made 10 days after the order has been shipped, Request past this date will not be considered. Returned items must be received within 7 days after shipment to be considered for refunding. You need to contact us prior to returning any items to receive an RMA number and Authorization to return. We are not responsible for items returned to us and not received by us. It is your responsibility to send items with sufficient tracking and delivery confirmation at your expense. Items sent to us outside this process are not our responsibility.

Orders which were pending, updated , delivered, shipped or are in transit, cannot be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled if a product is not available and we have attempted to contact you and the order has been pending in the system without your reply for 10 calendar days or more, same applies for partial orders. Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, please call or e-mail right away and we will arrange a convenient return or exchange for the same product if it deemed defective. Manufacturers’ warranty or guarantee shall apply to all products. We inspect all products to help eliminate shipment of defective goods. Our standard return policy, as outlined below, shall govern any defect return together with our right of inspection and final determination of a product’s defect. Merchandise which has been used and determined by us to be defective is limited to and will be replaced with a like or a similar item if within the 15 day policy period. Wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect.
